Charles Nelson Robinson, former resident of Mansfield, Connecticut passed away Wednesday morning December 15th in Ocala, Florida. He was 88 years old. As a former WW II navy veteran and radar operator, he served aboard the USS Baltimore. He worked as an accountant in Contract Termination's for 33 years at Pratt and Whitney Aircraft. He leaves behind his wife Elizabeth Robinson, his sister Ruby DeGiovanni of Middletown, his daughters and and sons-in-laws Fred and Carla Krueger, Valerie and Vincent Ursin and two grand children Mike and Elise Ursin. . Services will be held at the First Baptist Church of Mansfield, 945 Storrs Road Mansfield, CT, on Tuesday, December 21, 2010 with calling hours 10-11am and service at 11:00am.
