Charles Stephan Meduna

Charles Stephan Meduna, 76, of Mansfield, husband of the late Carol (Varga) Meduna, passed away Friday Nov. 8, 2013 at his home. He was born in Willimantic on Sept. 15, 1937, the son of the late Charles and Helen (Sabo) Meduna. Charles loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman and hunter. Growing up in Ashford, he was a graduate of Windham Technical School and served his country in the United States Army. He was predeceased by a brother Robert Meduna. Charles is survived by his two daughters, two nephews, several cousins and many dear friends. His family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday Nov. 12, 2013 between 6:00 and 8:00pm at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic. His funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 10:30am. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to American Cancer Society, P.O.
