Cecilia Rios-Feliciano

Cecilia Rios-Feliciano 93, of Willimantic, widow of Pablo Valentin Montalvo, died Saturday Sept. 10, 2011 at Regency Heights in Willimantic. She was born in Anasco , Puerto Rico, daughter of Jose Rios and Maria Feliciano. She had four sisters and four brothers, surving her are Braulio Rios, Patria Rios and Facio Rios. She leaves ten children, Maldonio, Antonio, Milagros, Carmen Maria, Blanca, Haydee, Jose Anibal, Ramon, Maria and Pablo. Of five step-children, she is survived by Carla and Victoria Valentin. She also leaves thirty three grandchildren, thirty great- grandchildren and a great- great granddaughter. She died surrounded by her children. Her family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday Sept. 13th between 6:00 and 8:00pm at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic.
