Cecelia Brown, 96, of Willimantic, widow of Percy Crosthwaite and Frederick Brown, died Tuesday February 25, 2003 in Windham. She was born November 11, 1906 in Coventry, daughter of Joseph and Mary (Baker) Barrett and had lived in Willimantic most of her life. She retired from the former W. T. Grant store in Willimantic and was the last of 16 children in her family. She is survived by 3 sons and 2 daughters-in-law, Robert and Constance Crosthwaite of Windham, Raymond Crosthwaite of Windham and William and Charlene Crosthwaite of Willimantic, 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. Willimantic TODAY from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
