Catherine E. Hamill entered into eternal life on April 14, 2026. She was born in Norwich, CT, the daughter of the late Clifford and Mary E. (Mero) Hamill. Catherine was a lifelong resident of Windham, CT. Catherine loved all types of music, volunteering at the Immaculate Retreat House, reading her bible, and always cheering on her beloved Yankees.

She leaves her sister, Marilyn Bentley and her favorite brother-in-law, Arthur Bentley of Willington, CT and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Betsy Duchesneau.

Catherine’s last home was at St. Joseph’s Living Center in Windham where she had many special friends and always surrounded by a very caring staff.

Family and friends are invited to attend Catherine’s Funeral Mass that will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 11:00am at St. Joseph Church, 99 Jackson St., Willimantic.

Burial will be private.
