Carol Bill

Carol (Heroux) Bill, 65, of North Windham, CT passed away unexpectedly on August 28, 2009 at Hartford Hospital. Carol was born on January 24, 1944 to Rita and the late Raymond Heroux. Carol was born and raised in the Southbridge/Sturbridge, MA area where she attended school. In addition to her mother Rita Rivernider of Colorado, she is survived by her loving companion of thirteen years, Victor Verastegui, her daughters Barbara Tully and Kim Thibert of Willimantic, CT , son Michael Tully of Windham, CT and was predeceased by a son Joseph Thibert. Carol has nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren .She also leaves four brothers, Richard Heroux of Washington, Ronald Heroux of Colorado, Bruce Heroux of Massachusetts, Brian Heroux of Florida and several nieces and nephews. She moved to the Windham area approximately 30 years ago where she raised her children and enjoyed spending time with her loving companion Victor. She recently retired from the University of Connecticut after 20 years of service. Carol will be greatly missed by family and friends. There will be no calling hours. Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday Sept. 3rd at 1:00pm at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic,CT. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Windham.
