Carlos "Tuty" Rios

Carlos "Tuty" M. Rios age 56, born November 22, 1957, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on February 6, 2014. Carlos was born in Anasco, PR. but was a long time resident of Willimantic, CT. Carlos loved his job of 22 years with Severance Foods as a Driver/Mechanic. He loved to fish, read the Bible and preach the word of God. He was a devoted member of LIDDI in South Hartford. He was predeceased by his father Santos Martinez and previous partner Felisa Torres. He leaves behind his mother Felicita Rios, his wife Jean Rios and children Jon Paul, Gilberto, Priscilla, Joshua Santiago, Zacariah Ramos, Estrelle and Carlos Martinez; his grandchildren Alysha, Lukas, Max Blaze Santiago, Dominic and Lee Martinez; his siblings Hilda, Luis, Rafael, Angel, Emilio, Miguel, Monserrat Martinez and several nieces and nephews. His family will receive relatives and friends on Monday Feb. 10, 2014 between 6:00 and 8:00pm at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11:00am with interment following in New Willimantic Cemetery.
