C. Kirk Foster

C. Kirk Foster, 92, of Windham, husband of Hazel (Potter) Foster, died Sunday December 11, 2005 at the Windham Hospital. He was born December 13, 1912 in Willimantic, the son of Clarence and Mary (Kirkpatrick) Foster and had lived in Willimantic and Windham all his life. He met his wife of 53 years while they were both employed at the former Electro-Motive Manufacturing Company. Mr. Foster was a 50 year member of the Willimantic Elks Lodge #1311. In addition to his wife he is survived by three children and their spouses, Wendy and Alfred Spagnuolo of North Richland Hills, TX, Patrick Foster of Windham, Annette and Hank McDaniel of Sorrento, FL, five grandchildren, Michael and Daniel Spagnuolo, Courtney Foster, Jenn Michelle Pedini and Katie McDaniel, several nieces and nephews. His family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St., Rte. 195, Willimantic on Thursday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev.
