Bettyann Pruenca

Bettyann Pruenca, 71, of Willimantic / Norwich, born on Sept. 7, 1941, died Wednesday Aug. 28, 2013. She was predeceased by her parents John L. and Dora M. Russell, her husband Anthony Pruenca, her daughter Kathy MacMillan, and her granddaughter Aiyanna MacMillan. Bettyann, was the oldest of 13 children and is survived by 4 brothers and 8 sisters. She is also survived by 13 children, numerous grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Bettyann loved the outdoors, her perfume and was always known for having her hair and nails done. She enjoyed swapping clothes with her sister Shirley and her weekend rides to RI to buy clam chowder. She will always be rememberd by family and friends for her famous saying, "Is that right?". Bettyann will be forever missed by those who loved her. Her family will receive relatives and friends at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic on Friday Aug. 30, 2013 between 2:00pm and 3:00pm prior to her funeral home service at 3:00pm.
