Betty Ann (Hardgrove) Gardner

Betty Ann (Hardgrove) Gardner, 87, formally of Willimantic, died peacefully Friday, November 3, 2017 at Mansfield Center for Nursing and Rehab in Mansfield. She was born on April 14, 1930, the daughter of the late Douglas and Ann E. (Rohm) Hardgrove. Betty was a member of the Elk?s Lodge 1311 and the Democratic Town Council in Willimantic. She was employed by the State of Connecticut in human services and was a member of the CSEA 408 chapter. Betty is survived by three sons, Eddie Hall, Ronald Gardner and his wife Halee and Keith Gardner and his wife Susan; a daughter Laurie McCool and her husband Richard; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Betty?s family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 10:00 am to 11:00 at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195), Willimantic, CT, with her funeral service beginning at 11:00am at the funeral home.
