Betty Gillette

Betty B. Gillette, 84, of North Windham, CT passed away Friday, June 2, 2017 at Backus Hospital, Norwich. Betty retired?from the?University of Connecticut and from?Wal-Mart in Windham. She was married for 56 years to George S. Gillette who predeceased her in 2010. Betty leaves behind 3 children, George and his wife Yvette of Windham, Sharon and her husband Wayne of Colchester and Lisa and her partner Joseph of Willimantic. She also leaves 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. The family wishes to thank the staff at Douglas Manor and Backus Hospital for their care and compassion. There are no calling hours and the service will be private.
