Barry Oguschewitz Obituary
Barry Oguschewitz, 82, of Windham, CT, beloved father, grandfather, and great-
grandfather, passed away on July 7, 2021. He was born to Joseph and Ida Rosen
Oguschewitz June 21, 1938. Growing up on a farm in Storrs, CT, Barry learned at
a young age the value of hard work, first delivering eggs for many years, and then
working alongside his father, selling antique and new furniture. He enjoyed
traveling with his longtime girlfriend, Margaret, and absolutely loved the beach.
Barry is survived by his greatest pride and joy, his children: Joel Oguschewitz and
wife Jill, Susan Oguschewitz, Mark Oguschewitz and wife Hoa, his grandchildren:
Samantha Oguschewitz, Carly Oguschewitz, and his great-granddaughter: Rylan
Oguschewitz. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, July 12,
2021 at Hebron-Columbia Cemetery in Mansfield, CT, Rte. 32. There will be no
