Barbara Pease

Barbara Pease, 71, of North Windham, passed away on December 19, 2013 at Windham Hospital. She was born on September 2, 1942 in Willimantic. Barbara was predeceased by her parents Elmer and Bertha Neff Sr. of Coventry and her sister Judith Grahn. Barbara is survived by her husband of 52 years Frank Pease Sr. They were married on July 30, 1961 in Coventry CT. Barbara is also lovingly remembered by her brother Elmer Neff and his partner Sharon Garrison of Chaplin, her children Frank Pease Jr. of Coventry, Laurie Pease of Chaplin and Sally Pease and her fiancAC. Jeffrey Thibault of Woodstock Valley; Barbara's grandchildren Frank Pease III of Coventry, Bobbi Lynn Provost and her partner Benjamin Spickler and Samantha Cote all of Chaplin and Christopher Thibault of Woodstock Valley; great grandchildren Austin Spickler-Provost and Brooke Spickler-Provost of Chaplin. She also leaves behind a long list of nephews, nieces and extended family she loved very much. Barbara loved playing Bingo, her stories, flowers and taking rides but most of all she loved being with her family, spending every minute she could with her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. They were truly her passion and her life. Her family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday Dec. 26, 2013 between 5:00 and 7:00pm at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic. Her funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11:00am with interment following in New Willimantic Cemetery.
