Anne Phillips

Anne (Talbot) Phillips, 57, of Russ Dr. Willimantic, wife of Alan Phillips, died Friday April 23, 2004 at the Windham Hospital. She was born Dec. 9, 1946 in Biddeford, Maine the daughter of Paul and Bridget (Mailhot) Talbot. Anne had been employed by SNET as a service representative for over 25 years prior to retiring in 1995. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son Danny Shea of Scotland, her stepson Lincoln Phillips of Willimantic, her stepdaughter Leslie Tourigny and her husband Douglas of Willimantic, her brother Jean Paul Talbot of Hollywood, FL., she sister Simone Talbot of South Windsor, and nieces and nephews; Lori Ann Cormier, John R. Brown, Christina Roberge, Jeremy and Jamie Talbot and Jami Talbot. She was predeceased by 2 brothers Fred and Roland Talbot. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at 11:00am at St. Mary's Church, Valley St. Willimantic, with assembly at the church. Burial will be private in St. Joseph Cemetery.
