Anna K. Storrs

Anna Kozeff Storrs, 90, of Storrs, CT, entered peacefully into rest on June 27, 2010 at the Mansfield Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Storrs. She was 90 years old. She was the daughter of the late Karp and Lena Kozeff. She was born September 5, 1919 in Waterbury, CT. Anna attended college in Colorado and also at the University of CT. She worked as an Occupational Therapist at the W. W. Backus Hospital in Norwich. She then moved to Storrs and raised her family. Anna was a member of the First Church of Christ, congregational in Mansfield Center. Later in life she became a well respected caregiver in the community. Anna is survived by her 3 children Lucy Bojsiuk, and her husband Stefan Bojsiuk, of Bloomingburgh, NY, Thomas Storrs, of Storrs, and Stedman Storrs of Burlington Flats, NY, as well as her 3 grandchildren, Martha Huff of Chester, NY, Jesse Huff and his wife Jacqueline of Newburgh, NY, and Matthew Bojsiuk of Bloomingburgh, NY, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was pre deceased by 2 sisters Mary Cresman, and Ellen Brown. The family is grateful to all who cared for Anna during her last years at Mansfield Nursing and Rehabilitation. A memorial service will be held on July 17, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the First Church of Christ, Congregational, in Mansfield Center. The Potter Funeral Home, Willimantic, assisted with arrangements.
