Anna Rose Nisson

Anna Rose (Prague) Nisson , of Milford, CT departed this life peacefully on Monday September 27, 2010. Anna was born on May 11, 1929 and brought up in Willimantic and was the daughter of Benjamin and Dora Prague. She was predeceased by her parents and four siblings. She is survived by her daughter Hillary and son in law Brad and son Michael and daughter in law Susan; grandchildren and spouses Adam and Corie Vernon, Alex and Ashley Vernon and Kyle, Erik and Haley Nisson and her beloved great grandchildren Maxwell and Olivia Vernon and Baby Girl Vernon due this month. Anna's life was her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was Nanny to all of them and they all miss her very much. Her sense of humor got her through the difficult times in her life and gave her family the classic "Nanny stories". It's those memories that will remain with all of us and what we miss the most. A graveside service will be held on Monday Oct. 4th at 12:00pm in Temple Bnai Israel Cemetery, Rte 32 at junction with Rte. 31, Mansfield with Rabbi Jeremy Schwartz officiating.
