Ann M. Depathy

Ann "Hunka" Depathy, 90, of Willimantic, CT passed away peacefully on Monday October 25, 2010. She was beloved by all who knew her and had a wit which touched all that knew her. She will be clearly missed by all her family and friends, but none more than her great-nephew Ryan Garvie. Never to have any children of her own she showed the caring and compassion of a mother to Ryan and on more than one occasion even to spoil him like a good mother would. The world will truly be a different place without her here. She was not only a great mother figure, she was also a great Catholic attending St. Joseph Church in Willimantic. She is also survived by two brothers George and Henry, and two great-nephews Kristen Ruel and James Garvie. Her family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday at 10:15am at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic prior to her 11:00am Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church, 99 Jackson St. Willimantic.
