Anita Stygar, 79, of Columbia, CT passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at Hartford hospital. She was surrounded by her granddaughter, Ashley Lewis, her cousin, Eileen Kopec, and her two very best friends, Richard and Cookie. Anita was born April 29, 1937. She left behind her dog, Marshmallow and her cat Baby. Everyone who knew her benefited from her love of life, great spirit and kindness. The burial will be a private service for the immediate family only.
