Angela Hence Obituary
Angela M. Hence, 82, of Storrs Mansfield, CT passed away on December 21, 2021. She was born in Hartford, CT, the daughter of the late Salvatore Strano and Mildred (Arnson) Safin.
Angela worked as an aide for the Mansfield Training School until they closed. After they closed, she worked as a private aide. She volunteered at the CT Humane Society. Angela loved animals, especially horses. She enjoyed horseback riding.
She is survived by her sons, Russell Hence of Storrs, CT and Daniel Hence of Alexandria, IN; grandchildren, Heather A. Hence, Jacob Hence, and Deanna Hence; brother, Frank Strano of Manchester, CT; and sister, Sally Simison of Fischers, IN. Angela was predeceased by her son, Douglas Hence.
Her family would like to thank her caregivers and friends, Tammarra and Chris for their loving support.
