Andrew J. Syzdek

Andrew J. Syzdek, 52, of Mansfield, died Tuesday Jan. 27, 2004 at home. He was born July 4, 1951 in Willimantic the son of the late Stanley A. and Mary (Piontek) Syzdek. Andrew was a graduate of the Thames Valley Technical College and had been employed for several years by Jones and Laughlin Steel Co. and also owned and operated Syzdek's Refuse for 4 years. He was a former member of both the Pulaski American Citizens Club and the Mansfield Volunteer Fire Dept. He is survived by a brother and sister in law, Stanley and Pamela Syzdek of E. Hartford, 2 nieces, Allison Mary Syzdek and Brenda Leah Syzdek of E. Hartford, an aunt, 2 uncles and several cousins.His family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic on Monday from 2:00 to 3:00pm with a Memorial Service at 3:00pm.
