Andrea T. Moran, of Columbia, passed away at home surrounded by her family on Sunday December 19, 2021. She was born on June 16, 1943, the daughter of Bernice Smith-Hewes and the late Royden F. Smith, Jr.
Andrea was a social worker and assessment manager at Natchaug Hospital in Mansfield.
She leaves her beloved husband John W. Moran and her five children: Styles Colburn, Jill LeMasurier (Douglas), Tyler Colburn, Linsay Ouiemette (John) and Shannon Colburn; brothers, Todd Smith (Diane), Garth Smith and Drake Smith; grandchildren Jacob and Shayla Gawlak, Brandon Colburn, Amanda, John P. and Cody Ouiemette and Ryan Colburn.
She loved her family and her Boston Terriers.
She will be missed by all.
Andrea’s family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, December 27, 2021 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St., Willimantic. Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 10:00am at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pink Cemetery, Mansfield.
