Andis Vildavs

Andis Vildavs, 46, of Willimantic, died Sunday April 30, 2006 at home. He was born March 15, 1960 in Germany, the son of Ernests and Irene (Sube) Vildavs of Willimantic. Andis was a graduate of Windham High School and had been employed as a carpenter in the construction industry. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his former wife Barbara Vildavs of Moosup, 2 sons, Andis Vildavs Jr. of Yantic and Justin Vildavs of Moosup; 2 brothers, Olavs Vildavs and his wife Lisa of Minot, N.D. and Arthurs Vildavs and his wife Becky of Mansfield; 3 nephews, a niece and several aunts, uncles and cousins. His family will receive friends at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic on Monday between 12:00 and 1:00pm with the funeral service beginning at 1:00pm.
