Allen Robert Frazier

Allen Robert Frazier, 79, of Chaplin, husband of Nancy (McKeen) Frazier, died Friday November 13, 2009 at Windham Hospital. He was the son of the late Edward Curtis and Mary Margaret (Kohler) Frazier. He will be sadly missed by his family and all that knew him including his dog Patch. He was very involved with his family and enjoyed small engine repairs. He also enjoyed mowing his lawn, raising his children, collecting model cars and trains and Sunday's at Risom Mill Flea Market in Danielson. He retired from the City of Hartford Parks and Recreation Department in 1986. In addition to his wife of 43 years, he is survived by eleven children, Chryle Hunter of Ferris, TX, Denise Deming and her husband Frank of Enfield, CT, John Frazier and his wife Linda of Manchester, CT, Margaret Patel and her husband Ghanshyam of Indian Head, MD, Ruth Lowe and her husband Ted of Norwich, CT, Gary Copas and his wife Cathy of Wallingford, CT, Kim Davis of Morrisville, NC, David Copas of Suffield, CT, Cindy Paradis and her husband Ron of Willimantic, CT, Nancy Burnham of Chaplin, CT and Carol Frazier of Chaplin, CT; twenty five grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. He was predeceased by seven brothers and sisters. There are no calling hours. A celebration of his life will be held on Monday November 16th at 1:00pm at the North Windham Fire Department, Rte.6 North Windham.
