Alice Maxine Sanborn

Alice M. Sanborn, 75, of Columbia, wife of Charles Sanborn, died Monday April 14, 2003 at the Windham Hospital. She was born March 21, 1928 in Highland Park, Michigan and had lived Columbia over 50 years. She and her husband owned and operated the Willimantic Camera Centre on Main Street for many years. In addition to her husband she is survived by two daughters, Patricia Favolise of Columbia, Maine, and Heidi Lafferty of Harwinton, a brother, Hugh Mooney of Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania, six grandchildren and two nieces. Funeral services and burial will be private. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Columbia Volunteer Fire Dept., Rte. 66, Columbia, CT 06237. The Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. Willimantic is in charge of arrangements.
