Alejandrina is survived by her husband, Juan Ortiz, Sr.; son Juan Ortiz, Jr; daughters Maribel Ortiz and Marisol Hernandez; grandchildren Zulianita, Eliana, Miguel, Antonio, Briana, Julian, and 8 others; great-grandchildren Liam, Abbygail, and 19 others.
