Alberta Burgos

Alberta?Burgos, 78, of Willimantic, Connecticut, passed away on Friday, November 9, 2018, at Douglas Manor in Windham. She was born in Villalba, Puerto Rico, on August 7, 1940, and relocated to Brooklyn, New York where she lived for 28 years before moving to Willimantic, CT. She was a strong woman who was loving, caring and kind to all. She asked nothing of anyone but was always willing to give. She was the best at being a Mother. Her family will miss her so very much. Alberta, (Hilda), is survived by her loving children, sons Hector Morales, Benny Algarin, and daughter Maria Algarin. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Jessica Morales, Samantha Morales, Hector Morales, Jr., Lorivellise Torres, Corimal Algarin, Agnes Mateo, and Frances Mateo, and great grandchildren. Also surviving her are her brothers Dionisio, Enrique, Efrain, Jorge, Osvaldo Rivera;?and sisters Carmen Luisa, Rosael, and Ana Rivera. Visitation at the Potter Funeral Home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, November 14, 2018. A Graveside Service will be at the New Willimantic Cemetery on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 10:00 am.
