Agnes Milliard

Elsie Milliard, 71, of Willimantic, died Saturday Feb. 28, 2004 at Haven Health Center in Willimantic. She was born Sept. 10, 1932 in Willimantic the daughter of Edward and Agnes Milliard. Elsie had been employed by Electro-Motive Manufacturing Co, and was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Willimantic. She is last of her immediate family. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 9:00am at St. Mary's Church, Valley St. Willimantic with burial following in St. Joseph Cemetery, Windham. There are no calling hours.
