Adel Asselin

Adel "Tootsie" Asselin, 71, of Newport Richey, FL. and formerly of East Hartford, entered into eternal rest on Saturday May 29, 2004. She has joined her beloved husband of 50 years Joseph "Gille" Asselin and her son Gary Asselin. Her love of life and of her family and friends will be sadly missed. While enjoying her retirement years with "Gille" in Florida, she also spent many precious moments with family and friends. She leaves her sons, Edward Asselin and his wife Georgia of Manchester, Thomas Asselin of E. Hartford and Wayne Asselin and his wife Cory of Norwich and many relatives. She also leaves 3 grandchildren, Bethany and Brett Asselin and Raelene Asselin. Her Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00am on July 3, 2004 at St. Mary's Church, Valley St. Willimantic. Burial will follow St. Joseph Cemetery, Windham. There are no calling hours. Please omit flowers. Her family suggests memorial donations to the Victory Junction Gang Camp, a camp for children with cancer, 311 Branson Mill Rd., Randleman, N.C. 27317.
