Tammy L. Carbone

Tammy Lou (Tatro) Carbone, 54, of Chaplin, Willimantic and Columbia, CT passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday October 4, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of Mario Carbone and they married in 2002. Tammy grew up in Chaplin where she focused on family, work and sports. She loved going on vacation with her family and loved hosting family gatherings. She worked at Windham Hospital in their children’s Day Care program, Willi Bowl and Scott Electrokrafts, Inc. Tammy especially enjoyed spending time with her nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews on an almost daily basis. She is survived by them and by her husband, Mario Carbone; her twin sister, Wendy Tatro-Marden, her sister, Laurie Squier; brother, Jeffrey Tatro, Sr. Relatives and friends may join the family on Friday, October 6, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for calling hours at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. Willimantic and Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM also at Potter Funeral Home with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 AM at Saint Joseph Church, also in Willimantic. A Christian Burial will follow after the Mass, at Saint Joseph Cemetery on Club Road, in Windham, CT 06280.
