Dear Uncle Philip
I trust you will be looking in on us now, just like Gram and Grumpy do. I'll be seeing you in my cardinals

There are hardly any childhood memories that don’t include Uncle Phil and the whole family!! There was not a family trip to Ct that didn’t involve a “pee” stop in Hampton!! Rest In Peace and tell my dad hello ❤️

I had the pleasure of meeting him here in FL. Always had a smile on his face & loved coming down to visit Vaugh & BJ. He was a very nice man. My condolences to the family especially his wife.

Will always remember his laugh that filled a room. Always wondering where he hid the railroad cap when he wasn't wearing it? Full of love and smiles whenever we saw him. We will miss him.

We send our sympathy and love to your family. Herb always enjoyed sharing stories with Phil and his jovial BBQ-ing skills at Lowe's Memorial Day picnic following his integral participation in the annual parade will never be forgotten.
