I had the honor of working with Patty at Brooklyn for many years. She was my third grade team mate and friend for my last 12 years there. Her ability to think outside of the box and her sense of humor helped to make our team very special. She was kind, caring, smart, a good listener and truly loved teaching. She will truly be missed.

I first met Patty in eighth grade; marriage and children came and we went our seperate ways but we were delighted to reconnect 15 years ago. Patty was devoted to her sons, dedicated to her students and the rare friend who can pick up where you left off, never missing a beat. Her sense of humor was dry, her sense of purpose unwavering and the strength she displayed no matter what came her way was legend.
My condolences to her family.
I will miss her but she will tiptoe across my memory and that will make me smile.

I have worked with Patty for many years. She was a dedicated teacher and an honest friend. Her absence is heart felt at the school. She is sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to her two sons who she spoke of often.
