Ned William Squier

Ned William Squier Jr, 59, of North Windham passed away Saturday April 28, 2018. He was born on August 3, 1958, in Willimantic, son of Ned William Squier Sr and Laura (Knapp) Squier. He married his wife, Bonnie (Bourey) Squier in Storrs, November 12, 1983. Ned was a mill operator at Roger’s Corp in South Windham for 30 years and he was a trainer for 10+ years at Hydrofera in Willimantic, CT. He was an avid bowler with more than twenty 300 games. Ned had a love for his motorcycle and riding, he also loved to camp, having a longtime site at Water's Edge in Lebanon, CT.

Ned is survived by his wife, Bonnie; daughter, Jennifer Berube; son, Jonathan Squier; stepsons, Michael and Chad Burski; brothers, Wayne Squier and his wife Laurie and Carl Squier; sister, Judy Squier; 15 grandchildren; one great grandchild; his beloved fur baby, Peanut and many friends from all aspects of his life. He was predeceased by his parents and his sister, Katherine Feltenberger.

There will be no services per his request. Ned's family would like to express their extreme gratitude to Dr. W J Baker from Windham/Hartford and also Dr. Flaherty from St. Francis, the numerous staff members at Oncology of Windham, and the staff at CB2 in Hartford.
