Judith Lee (Vinson) Klein

Judith Lee Klein (nee Vinson) beloved mother, wife, grandmother, sister, cousin, and friend passed away on December 22, 2018. Judith was born in Brooklyn, NY on October 23, 1936 to the late Helen and Benjamin Vinson.

Judith’s career as an Interior Designer began in the 1960’s. She was a lover of all things beautiful. In her 50’s she pursued higher education, earning her undergraduate degree from Virginia Wesleyan and her graduate degree in Human Resources from George Washington University. She then proudly pursued a career in Adult Education over the next 25 years.

Judith is survived by her children, Renee Sherman and her husband Doug, Hillary Stern and her husband Marc Kronisch, her grandchildren Zoe and Jonathan, her step-grandchildren Zachary and Sarah, and step-sons Lee Klein, Huck Hirsch and his partner Jim Brodsky. She joins in peace her late husband Mel Klein and her dear sister Joyce Ann Vinson.

Judith’s “joie de vivre” will forever be remembered.

The family will be sitting Shivah from Monday 12/24 through Sunday 12/30 in Connecticut at Hillary and Marc’s home at 495 Chaffeeville Road, Storrs, Ct 06268.  
Shivah will also be held at the home of Renee and Doug Sherman on Friday 12/28 12:30 to 4:30, Saturday 12/29 5:00 to 9:00 and Sunday 12/30 3:00 to 8:00 at 644 Raymond St., Westfield, NJ 07090.
