George Eldon Moseley

George"Eldon"Moseley, 85, of Scotland, passed away Friday March 24, 2017 at his home.  Eldon was born in Scotland, CT on November 3, 1931 to the late Louis S. and Vivian (Berry) Moseley.  After graduation from High School Eldon served in the Air Force from 1954 until 1958, and then returned to Connecticut where he and his father worked the family farm, The Cluck & Moo Farm. In the 70's, until retirement, he worked for Valley Oil as an Oil Delivery Driver. In his retirement years he enjoyed traveling and playing golf.  Eldon is survived by his four children: Linda (Moseley) Schulenberg and husband, Terry of Blanchard, OK; Lana (McMasters) Pruitt and husband, Keith of Madill, OK; Deborah (Maki) Macha and husband, Robert of North Windham, CT; and Frank Maki of New York; grandchildren:  Kurtis Eldon Schulenberg and wife, Stephanie of Pekin, IL; Jennifer (Pruitt) Chartney and husband, Kyle of Edmond, OK; and Justin Pruitt of Tustin, CA; great-grandchildren: Jasmine Schulenberg, Aiden Schulenberg and Sydnie Chartney.  He was preceded in death by a sister, Lois Knapp; a grandson, Kevin Don Schulenberg; and his third wife, Joyce Moseley. Eldon’s family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00am to 11:00am on Tuesday March 28, 2017 at the Scotland Congregational Church, 4 Huntington Rd.
