I will miss reading about all the accomplishments of the children in my handmade Christmas card. Although I was not in her daily life, I thought of Ellen and the family and would ponder what was going on in their lives. I just learned of her passing by accident on Facebook last week. Ellen was a beautiful person on the inside and beauty on the outside. Someone else referred to her love for life and I believe she will be watching over everyone with Bev and Mel. My condolences to all of the family especially Curt and the children.

Dear family of Ellen Anne,
I am sorry to hear of your loss. During such a difficult time, I would like to share an encouraging message and it says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away" (Revelation 21:4). Here, God promises that one day we will not loose people like Ellen to death. I hope that you find much comfort during this time.
Sincerely,
Kristen

I was so sorry to hear of Ellen's passing. I worked with her at North Windham School and she was always a bright spot to the day. She loved working with the kids and I was sad when she left to go to Sweeney School.

My sincere condolences to the Gustafason family..She was such a wonderful woman!
I was so shocked and saddened to see this..
I will treasure many laughs and projects that we worked on together when we were on the Fundraising Committee at Windham Center School, when my son Evan was there.

She was so great and can still hear her laugh she had..I wish I had reached out to her a long time ago. Her and I talked for hours about crafts and projects and then doing crafts Friday night's with Grandma Tellier for the Holiday Craft Fair at the school..so many great times!! RIP Ellen!

I grew up with Ellen in Hanson...sleepovers, b'day parties, riding bikes, cruising in her first car (white with a big red stripe on the hood), graduating HS together, going to Aquinas Jr. College together. So many great memories that I was lucky enough to make with her. She was a great person that I was lucky enough to call my friend. She will be missed by so many. Condolences to the Johnson and Gustafson family

Dear Curt, Nick & Elise; Tina, Jay, James & Julia; Arnie, Debbie, Becca, Meghan & Henry, Ken & Dawn, Beth, Mark, and all family and friends,

I am SO sorry for you loss and share in your sadness.

I have fond memories of when we were kids -- cookouts at Aunt Marjorie & Uncle Harolds's (aka Grandma & Grandpa Henry) in Marshfield; Christmas gatherings at Aunt Dot's in Hanson; baby and wedding showers at Aunt Dots, and more.

Ellen had a true spark and love for life. Her positive, can-do attitude rubbed off on everyone that knew her.

LOTS of Love and Hugs,

Cousin Carolyn, Eric and Matthew

So sorry to hear of Ellen’s passing. She was the bright light in everyone’s life. She and I shared an unusual bond. We were both nieces of Aunt Dot (Doris Silvia). Ellen was on Aunt Dot’s side of the family and I was on my Uncle Robert Hammond’s (Aunt Dot’s 1st husband) side. We called each other cousins and it was great growing up in Hanson with her in the same grade. I was so blessed to see and reconnect with her in 2008 at our 25th class reunion. She will surely be missed by everyone she touched. My sympathies go out to the Johnson and Gustafson families.
