I am devastated to learn that Ed has passed. I met Ed 13 years ago when we added Dixie to our family. Kept in touch with Ed over the years and made sure that we went to any dog show in the area that Ed was going to be at. I learned a lot from Ed over the years and will miss him greatly. Rest in peace Ed.

I'm still in shock and devastated to hear about Eddie's passing. I work as a teller at the Northeast Family FCU. My co-workers and I loved whenever he came in. He would always come in with a smile, singing, or sometimes even dancing. We will all miss him very much. The credit union won't be the same without his smile.

Ally, and the others at the North Windham office.

We are deeply sorry about Ed’s passing. We’ve only known him since last April, when we bought one of his puppies, but we instantly liked and respected him. We experienced his expansive kindness, generosity, compassion, and integrity. We are so thankful to have met him and to have been able to have one of his fabulous puppies. We wish that we had been able to pay him our respects and offer our condolences to his family in person. We send you our sincere sympathy.

I wanted to express my heartfelt condolences to Ed's family. There's such a sense of helplessness when someone we love dies. I'd like to share some scriptural thoughts that really helps me. Prayer is so valuable at this time but it's not that prayer simply makes us feel better. 2 Cor.4:7 says that God can give us, "... power beyond what is normal ", to go from one day to the next. This does not mean that we no longer cry or that we forget, but it means we recover. The reason we recover is because of our hope. Jesus Christ talked about our hope in John 5:28, "... all those in the memorial tomb will hear his voice and come out ". Jesus was referring to the resurrection, this is our hope that helps us recover and gives us power to go on. 2 Cor.1:3 describes our Creator as, "... the God of all comfort ". One way that God comforts us is by moving people who care about us to give us words of encouragement that we need to hear. May the God of comfort (Ps.83:18) be your comfort now during this time of sorrow.

My family is still in shock as I'm sure many of us are. Ed, you have always had a great story to tell and a smile that would brighten up the dimmest of rooms. One of the most competitive persons I know, in almost everything I can think of. That was your way of bringing out the best not only in yourself but others around you. Always full of life and everyone around you could feel it. The only thing that I never felt was a competition was your friendship, you excepted us into your family as we did you in to ours. Although we lived far apart and life keep us from visiting or going to shows, when we did get together the fun we would have, like we have know each other a lifetime. Although we wish we could be there today in person to say goodbye life again, being sick keeps us apart. Rest in piece our dearest friend Ed and our deepest condolences to all your family and extended families

My sincere condolences to Ed's family and friends. I met Ed about eight years ago when my husband and I started showing our akita. He was so nice to us, very generous with his expert advice and his time. He gave us very honest and constructive criticism. He was fiercely competitive, smart and funny. I know he helped akita rescue which is a cause dear to us. We will miss him.

Eddie, I'm in complete shock. I will never forget our good times growing up and how you were there for me many times.
You are in a better place my friend. Gone but never forgotten. Prayer lifted for Millie, your Mom, children and the rest of the family.
