My sincere condolences for the loss of Douglas. Be assured that the almighty God truly cares for the family!
May you find comfort in the promise that "... there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous" (Acts 24:15), and very soon "... no resident will say, 'I am sick'" (Isa. 33:24) because "... death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”(Rev. 21:4)

My heart broke when I heard of Doug's passing, he was taken way to soon. My love and thoughts are with the entire James family.

My dear nephew you should not have left before me. I hope you knew that I thought you were the most talented person I know and that your accomplishments were many. You climbed many mountains but always accomplished what you set out to do. You loved all of us even when we could have done better. I pray you are in a place where there is no fear or sickness and all kinds of motors that need putting back together. Wherever you are we will always keep you in our hearts. Much love from a very sad but proud aunt.

I wish to express my condolences to the family of Douglas Edmond James. May you find comfort in your loving memories of Douglas and in God’s promise to see our loved ones again through the resurrection. (Acts 24:15) What a joy it will be to welcome back Douglas to a beautiful, peaceful earth (Psalms 37:10,11,29) where all pain, suffering and death will be no more!
