Annie P. Vincent, 94, of Middletown, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2019 at The Village at South Farms.
Annie was born in Willimantic, CT on June 25, 1924 to the late Joseph and Karolina (Serwanski) Zaklukiewicz. Soon after graduating from Windham High School, Annie went to work for the Federal Government and worked in many different countries. Annie met the love of her life, Donald Vincent, who was also a Federal Government employee. The two married on October 30, 1952 while both were assigned to Camp Riedenburg in Salzburg, Austria. In later years they were assigned to Washington D.C.. Donald passed away on September 2, 1999. Annie loved her pets, she had many Irish Setters over the years, her last one was named Stacey.
Annie leaves behind two nieces and three nephews; Patricia Korner of Higganum, CT, Carole Richards of Middletown, CT, Roger (Carole) Zaklukiewicz of The Villages, FL, Albert (Angela) Johnson of Old Saybrook, CT, and Peter (Sheelagh) Zaklukiewicz of Freehold, NJ. She is predeceased by her three brothers and three sisters; Walter, Catherine, Mary, Peter, Stanley, and Philomena (Lee) Zaklukiewicz.

Family will receive friends and relatives at 9:00am on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St., Willimantic, with a 10:30 Mass at St. Joseph Church, 99 Jackson St., followed by a burial at St. Joseph Cemetery, Windham.
