I knew Ann primarily as the wife of Walter and the Mother of her daughter Ann. She was a woman great humor and I'm certain she will be missed by all of those who were fortunate to have known her.

My Dear Annie,
It is difficult to write this, through my tears. I can't help but think back to that innocent, wonderful time that was our childhood. Your Mom and Dad played a big role in my life, and your house was like my second home. Even after we grew up and I moved away, I never lost my affection for, and connection to, your family. I have always enjoyed visiting with your folks, and more recently with your Mom, on many of the returns I have made to CT. I am so grateful to have been able to visit her last year. She loved to reminisce about the old days, and I never grew tired of listening. I know that you and I have both shared a close relationship with our parents, so I am sending you many hugs. I hope that the good memories and eternal love will comfort you all throughout this time. May God bless you and your family. Love always.

Ann was such a wonderful dear friend to my mother, Fran at Mansfield nursin, where they were 'across the hall' neighbors. Ann was such a joyful soul - and was always there to greet us with a big smile She will be dearly missed by us all. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
