Jeffrey D. Dusavage

Jeffrey D. Dusavage, 37, of Chaplin, died Monday December 30, 2002 at the Windham Hospital. He was born July 4, 1965 in Newport, RI, the son of Sharon Bookhout of Glenside, PA and the late Donald Dusavage. He was employed by Depot Pump & Supply Inc. of Franklin and was a former member of the Chaplin Volunteer Fire Department. In addition to his mother he is survived by a sister, Kathy Miller of Warrington, PA, a brother, David Dusavage of Windham, several nieces and nephews. A celebration of his life will be held Wednesday January 1st from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the North Windham Fire Department, Rte. 6, Noth Windham. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 5022, Wallingford, CT 06492-7522.
