Agnes Olson

Agnes Olson, 89, of Willimantic, widow of Oxel Olson, died Tuesday December 18, 2001 at the Windham Hospital. She was born April 25, 1912 in Fall River, MA, the daughter of Alfred and Alma (Anderson) Johnson and had lived in Willimantic most of her life. She was employed at the former American Thread Co. and loved to crochet as a hobby. She is survived by a sister, Doris Bellavance and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. Willimantic, with the Reverend Jim Christian officiating. Burial will follow in the New Willimantic Cemetery. Her family will receive friends at the funeral home 1 hour prior to the service. www.potterfh.com
