Victor L. Rayhall, 83, of North Windham, CT passed away peacefully on July 15, 2017 surrounded by his family. Your Journey through life may have come to an end, but our love for you will forever be true.

Victor had an amazing life. He proudly served in the U.S. Army, loved stock-car driving, enjoyed UCONN basketball, The Boston Red Sox and The New England Patriots. He was committed to serving his town, sitting on various boards and commissions. He was a Rotarian, and a member of the Willimantic Elks Lodge #1311.

Victor was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Victor shared his life with his wife Diane (Coriaty) Rayhall, his children, David Rayhall, Steven Rayhall, Laurie Jarvis, Anthony Rayhall and husband Daniel Rayhall, Ashley Rayhall and husband Luke Croxton, Milania Rayhall, Chelsey Rayhall and Kaydence Vazquez. He also leaves behind eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and two sisters Jennie and Eva. Victor was preceded in death by his wife Mary Ellen Nelson and two brothers, Charles and Louie.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, July 19, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic, CT. A Graveside Service will be Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the New Willimantic Cemetery, with a reception to follow.
