Dear Tim, Beth and family, My condolences to all of you. I have such fond memories of living across the street from Normal and Betty. He always loved it when I brought him baked goodies. He had a great sweet tooth! He was always so kind to me and taught me the love to garden more. I know he will never be forgotten in the town of Lebanon. His memories, humor and love for plants will be remembered by all. When I think of Normal a smile comes to my face.

I am so sorry to hear of Norman's passing. I have wonderful memories of walking down the hill to buy produce for my mom in the summers! My thoughts are with you all at this most difficult time.

Dear Skaats Family, I was so sorry to read of Norman's passing. Kind hearts, like garden flowers, bring grace and beauty to our world and Norman and the Skaats Family members certainly brought so much beauty to so many through the years, with their beautiful plants and flowers. The Town was surely less colorful without the gorgeous Skaats' flower baskets and plants! Always appreciated the kind service Norman provided and the knowledge of plants and gardening he shared! At this time of deep and personal sadness, please know that caring thoughts and heartfelt sympathy are with you all.
