Charles J. Pescetello, 60, of Scotland went to be with the Lord on July 9, 2017. He was born on July 12, 1956, the son of Angelo and Gladyce Pescetello. Charlie leaves behind his son, Michael and his wife Lyssianne; brother, Mark and sister in law Marjorie; mother, Gladyce as well as three step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his wife, Patricia and his father, Angelo. Charlie enjoyed gardening and flowers, cooking and riding his motorcycle. He was employed at Electric Boat for 35 years. Charlie was an Eagle Scout in Troop 32, he was also a volunteer firefighter for South Windham and Scotland Fire Departments and an EMT.
The family will receive relatives and friends for calling hours Friday July 21, 2017 from 6 -8 PM at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic, CT 06226. Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM Saturday July 22, 2017 at Potter Funeral Home with burial to follow at Scotland Cemetery.
